The Signalman and The Ghost at the Trial

Charles Dickens gives us two ghosts stories: the first is «The Signalman«, where a visitor comes to a signal-box next to a railway tunnel and the signalman teels him a frightening story. Is there a ghost on the railway? The second story is «The Ghost at the Trial» where Mr. Fothergill listens to a trial in a court of law and during one of the declarations he sees somethig strange in the court, somebody that looks at Mr. Fothergill and he does not never speak.
