The three musketeers

In the mid-17th century, D’Artagnan arrives in Paris with an old horse and very little money. His dream is to become a Musketeer, one of the King’s guards. He becomes friendly with three of the Musketeers – Porthos, Aramis and Athos – and together they have many adventures. This classic French novel written by Alexandre Dumas is popular with young people all over the world: “The Three Musketeers”.
